Refillable candle care
Yes! You can switch your candle refills at any point of use. Just make sure the wax has fully hardened before switching.
The vessel consists of three pieces.
- Painted aluminum base
- Polished aluminum ring
- Silicone liner
Start by twisting off the aluminum ring. Once off, you can easily remove the silicone liner and begin hand washing each of the three pieces. Then, simply reassemble the vessel and begin enjoying again.
For a deeper clean, you can put the silicone liner in the dishwasher. Just make sure that all wax residue is removed beforehand.

We currently only ship products within the contiguous U.S.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
We partner with the most reliable carriers including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the final delievery is out of our hands.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@yunocandle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do our best to make sure every order is packaged safely and delievered quickly. In the rare case that our product is damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@yunocandle.com and we will make it right.
